The author uses the drive in vertical injection molding machine, the motion controller (MC) and programmable logic controller (PLC) to control AC induction motor being successfully developed a cost-effective all-electric induction type vertical injection molding machine.
A vertical injection mechanic conditions

3.4 Drive Select

5 Conclusion
         The author developed an all-electric induction type vertical injection molding machine performance as much domestic manufacturers to develop AC permanent magnet synchronous electric vertical injection molding machine, but the cost was reduced by about 50%.
         At present, due to the special-induced motor vector control inverter and ball screws expensive, coupled with restrictions on the production scale, so that the manufacturing cost of the all-electric vertical injection molding machine for domestic sizable vertical injection molding machine hydraulic 3-4 times, but its performance is much better than the latter, and as technology advances, the related electrical component costs will be reduced, then finished industrial production will make more cost-effective to induce type full electric vertical injection molding machine, the user's investment You can get a more effective return.
